These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to innovation-cloud.digital (the “Site”) operated by Innovation Cloud (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from Site use, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
